Electrical Engineer Intern - Spring 2019

What do we need?

We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Electrical Engineering Interns available January 2nd of Spring 2019 semester to work with our various team. The internship program will introduce students to the medical device industry through a challenging and rewarding experience, which offers them the opportunity to contribute to business goals.

What is involved?

  • Execute assigned tasks alongside top engineering talent in the medical device industry 
  • Gain a working knowledge of all product applications, functional areas or projects
  • Work with the team on development and implementation of best practices, and continuous process improvement
  • Participate in the design, development and testing of new and existing products and equipment

What do we need from you?

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Must be on track to graduate with a degree in the next 1 to 2 years
  • Experience reading PCB schematics
  • Circuit Analysis
  • Soldering experience
  • Test equipment experience: DMM, oscilloscope, signal generator, logic analyzer
  • Altium experience a plus.
  • Experience with programming in C/C++; microcontrollers, .NET a plus. 
  • Experience handling multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
